What this means
You need to search using the full legal name, not the brand or trading name.
For example:
You might know the company as “Tesco”
But the registered name is “Tesco PLC”
Searching just “Tesco” may not return the correct result.
What to try
Enter the full registered name (including “Ltd”, “Limited”, or “PLC”)
Avoid shortened or branded names
Check spelling carefully
