Portfolio view

Your Rentmigo landlord dashboard gives you a clear, at-a-glance overview of every tenant with a Rent Guarantee Agreement in place. You can see the status of each guarantee across your entire portfolio without having to search for individual documents.

Tenant detail view

When you click into an individual tenant, you can see everything relating to their guarantee in one place, including:

  • The current status of their guarantee (active, pending, expired)

  • The guarantee certificate, available to view and download

  • The signed Rent Guarantee Agreement

  • The monthly rent amount guaranteed

  • The guarantee period start and end dates

  • The maximum aggregate limit

  • Any claims history or arrears logged against that tenancy

What the certificate confirms

The guarantee certificate confirms the tenant, property, rent amount, guarantee period, and limits. It is the document that confirms your protection is in place.

If something does not look right

If a certificate is not showing or a status looks incorrect, it may mean the Rent Guarantee Agreement has not yet been fully executed, for example if the tenant has not yet signed or made payment. If you believe this is an error, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected].
