Rentmigo acts as a corporate guarantor for your tenants. We sit alongside your existing referencing and lettings process, giving tenants who cannot meet traditional referencing requirements a clear, structured route into your properties.

Your team's involvement is minimal. You mention Rentmigo to tenants who need a guarantor and share the application link. We handle everything else, from underwriting and approval to the Rent Guarantee Agreement and tenant payment.

Why this matters now

From May 2026, tenants can no longer be asked for rent in advance. Rentmigo gives your tenants a simple alternative, a corporate guarantee that protects your rental income at zero cost to your business.

How it fits into your process

Your referencing process stays the same. Rentmigo does not replace it. It is an additional option for tenants who need a guarantor but do not have one in the UK. Your team manages the tenancy as normal. Rent collection, maintenance, and day-to-day operations are all unchanged.

What Rentmigo handles

  • Identity verification, credit referencing, affordability assessment, and fraud detection
