Your personal information and financial documents are used solely for the purpose of assessing the tenant's application. They are not used for marketing, shared externally, or retained for any purpose beyond the assessment and any related regulatory obligations.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on encrypted infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Access is restricted to authorised personnel involved in the underwriting process.

Document verification

All documents pass through Rentmigo's fraud detection and verification process, which includes checks for metadata anomalies and tampering. This is handled securely and your original documents are not altered.

Your rights
