What the onboarding involves
Step 1: Initial conversation. We discuss your portfolio, your tenant profile, and how Rentmigo fits alongside your existing referencing and lettings workflow.
Step 2: Agreement. We agree partnership terms and set up your Rentmigo partner account and dashboard.
Step 3: Team training. We run a short training session with your leasing team, either in person or remotely, covering how to introduce Rentmigo, when to offer it, and how to use the dashboard. We provide all tenant-facing materials, including branded one-pagers and conversation guides.
Step 4: Go live. Your team starts offering Rentmigo to tenants. We handle the rest.
How long does it take?
Onboarding is designed to be fast and low-friction. Most partners are live within days of the initial conversation.

Every partner is assigned a dedicated Rentmigo account manager with a direct line. They are your first point of contact for onboarding, questions, and ongoing support.
