No.

A Responsible Third Party is not legally liable for your rent. They are not a guarantor and they are not a party to the tenancy agreement or the tripartite guarantee agreement.

What their involvement means

Their role is limited to providing financial documentation to support your application. This information is used by Rentmigo as part of the assessment process. It does not create any financial obligation or legal responsibility on their part.

What happens if you miss a rent payment

If you miss a rent payment, the claim is handled under the terms of the Rentmigo guarantee. Your Responsible Third Party will not be contacted for payment or held responsible for any arrears.
