That the account holder matches the name provided
That there is sufficient liquidity to cover the rent liability for the tenancy term
This is not a full affordability assessment of the Responsible Third Party's personal finances. Rentmigo is verifying that there is a credible layer of financial support behind the application.
What Rentmigo does not do
Rentmigo does not share the Responsible Third Party's financial documents with the landlord. The information is not used for any purpose other than assessing the tenant's application. The Responsible Third Party will not be contacted for payment under any circumstances, nor are they legally liable for any rental payments.
