What a decline means

A declined application means that, based on the information provided, your application did not meet our underwriting criteria at this time. This is not a reflection of your character or reliability as a tenant: it is the outcome of a structured financial and risk assessment.

Why we cannot share specific reasons

We are not able to disclose the specific reasons for a decline. Our underwriting model considers multiple factors across identity, financial, and risk assessments, and the decision reflects the overall picture rather than any single element.

What you can do

If your application is declined, you may wish to:

  • Check that all documents you provided were clear, complete, and up to date

  • Consider whether a Responsible Third Party could strengthen a future application

  • Contact our support team if you believe something was submitted incorrectly

Your data

If your application is declined, your data is retained in accordance with our data retention policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
