What is required
The tenant will need the following from you:
Your full name, email address, and phone number
Three months of bank statements
How documents are submitted
You do not upload the documents yourself. The tenant uploads your documents on your behalf as part of their application.
Document quality
All uploaded documents pass through Rentmigo's fraud detection and document verification process. This includes checks for metadata anomalies, tampering, and consistency. Please ensure your bank statements are clear, unedited, and in their original format.
If documents are unclear or incomplete, the tenant may be asked to re-upload them, which can delay the application.
