What is required
The tenant will need the following from their Responsible Third Party:
Full name, email address, and phone number
Three months of bank statements
How documents are submitted
The Responsible Third Party does not upload documents themselves. The tenant uploads the documents on their behalf as part of the application.
How documents are checked
All uploaded documents pass through Rentmigo's fraud detection and document verification process. Documents should be clear, unedited, and in their original format. Documents that are unclear or incomplete may delay the application.
