What Rentmigo checks

Rentmigo reviews your bank statements to confirm:

  • That the account holder matches the name provided by the tenant

  • That the closing balance demonstrates sufficient liquidity to cover the rent liability for the tenancy term

What this is not

This is not a full affordability assessment of your personal finances. Rentmigo is not assessing your income, expenditure, or creditworthiness in the way a guarantor would be assessed. The review is limited to confirming that there is a credible layer of financial support behind the tenant's application.

Who sees your information

Your financial documents are reviewed by Rentmigo's underwriting team only. They are not shared with the landlord, the letting agent, or any other third party outside of the assessment process.
