Your involvement is complete
If the tenant's application is approved, you do not need to take any further action. Your role as a Responsible Third Party ends once the assessment is complete.
What happens next for the tenant
The tenant will proceed to sign the tripartite agreement between themselves, their landlord, and Rentmigo, and make payment for the guarantee. You are not a party to this agreement and are not involved in the guarantee itself.
Will you be contacted again?
In normal circumstances, no. You will not be contacted for payment, asked to sign anything, or involved in any future claim made under the guarantee.
