When you submit a claim, you will need to provide your signed Rent Guarantee Agreement, your signed tenancy agreement, a log of rent payments, and contact details for the tenant.

You will also need to show that the tenancy has been set up in line with standard legal requirements. If you are running a compliant tenancy, you should already have everything you need.
