Most applicants can complete the application in around 5 to 10 minutes, provided they have their documents and bank details to hand.
The assessment
Once submitted, your application is assessed against our underwriting criteria. You will typically receive your decision within 48 hours. Some applications may be faster; others may take longer if additional checks or manual review are required.

Open banking connection issues
Documents that require additional verification

How you will be notified
You will receive an email notification when your application outcome is ready. You can also check the status of your application through your tenant dashboard.
