Your application is being assessed
Once you have submitted your application, it enters our underwriting process. This includes a review of your identity verification, financial assessment, credit check if relevant, and any supporting documents you or your Responsible Third Party have provided.
How long it takes
Most applicants receive a decision within 48 hours. Some applications may take longer if additional checks or manual review are required.
What might happen during the assessment
In some cases, we may need to come back to you during the process. This could include:
A request to re-upload a document that was unclear or incomplete
A request to reconnect your open banking or reconfirm your ID
A request for additional supporting information
If any of this is needed, you will be notified by email.
