The Rentmigo guarantee fee is a single one-off payment, which on average works out as one months rent. There are no recurring charges, no hidden costs, and no additional fees for the guarantee itself.
How it is calculated
The exact fee is based on your individual application and assessment outcome. It is confirmed to you after your application has been approved and before you are asked to make payment.
When it is due
Payment is taken after your application is approved and before the guarantee is issued. The tripartite agreement must also be signed before the guarantee becomes active.
What is included

The full Rentmigo rent guarantee for the duration of your tenancy (up to 3 years)
Coverage of up to 12 months of missed rent
