Initial payment
Once all required documentation has been received and the claim has been validated, payment is made to you within 30 days. No payments will be made where documentation is incomplete.
Subsequent monthly payments
If rent remains unpaid in the months following your initial claim, you must reconfirm the arrears each month. Subsequent payments are made within 30 days of your confirmation.
What can affect timelines
The most common cause of delay is incomplete documentation. If any of the required documents are missing or unclear, you will be notified, but payment cannot be processed until the documentation is complete.
