Rentmigo is designed for anyone who needs a rent guarantee to secure a tenancy in the UK. You do not need a UK-based personal guarantor to apply.
While our product is open to all applicants, it is particularly useful for:
UK residents who do not have access to a suitable guarantor
International students
International employees relocating to the UK
Freelancers and self-employed individuals
Those with non-standard income profiles
What you will need to provide
To be considered for a guarantee, you will need to complete our application process. This includes:
Identity verification
A credit check
Open banking
If you hold a UK bank account, you will also be asked to connect it via open banking so we can assess your financial position. This step applies to UK-based applicants only. If you are an international applicant without a UK bank account, your application will be assessed using uploaded bank statements and other informatino
Does applying guarantee approval?
No. Meeting the basic eligibility criteria does not guarantee approval. Each application is assessed individually against our underwriting model, which considers a range of financial and risk factors. We are not able to confirm whether an application will be approved before the assessment is complete.
