Where to find your certificate
Your certificate is available on your tenant dashboard. Once you are logged in:
Navigate to your guarantee details
Locate the certificate section
Select download
Which certificate you will see
Depending on where you are in the process, you will see one of the following:
Pre-approval certificate if you have been approved but have not yet signed the tripartite agreement and made payment
Full guarantee certificate if your guarantee is active and coverage is in place
If your certificate is not showing
If you cannot see your certificate on your dashboard, it may mean the relevant stage of the process has not yet been completed. If you believe this is an error, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected].
