After approval
Payment is only taken after your application has been approved. You will not be charged at any point during the application or assessment process.
Before the guarantee is issued
The guarantee is not issued until payment is complete. The sequence is:
Your application is approved
You sign the tripartite agreement between you, your landlord, and Rentmigo
You make payment
Your guarantee is issued and certificates are provided to you and your landlord
No upfront cost to apply
There is no fee to apply for a Rentmigo guarantee. You are only charged if your application is approved and you choose to proceed.
