Your guarantee is property-specific

Your Rentmigo guarantee is tied to the specific tenancy, property, and landlord set out in your tripartite agreement. It does not automatically transfer if you move to a new property.

If you are moving

If you are leaving your current tenancy and moving to a new property, you will need to apply for a new guarantee for the new tenancy. This will involve a new assessment, a new tripartite agreement, and a new payment.

If your tenancy has not started yet

If you have been approved but your tenancy falls through before the guarantee is issued, for example if the landlord withdraws, your approval can be transferred to a different property within 60 days at no extra cost.

If the landlord changes during your tenancy

If the ownership of your property changes during your tenancy, this may affect your guarantee. Any change of landlord must be conducted in line with applicable legislation. If you become aware of a change of ownership, please contact our support team so we can advise on your specific situation.
